2:40 you are telling that angle C is 40 degree ,but you have mentioned it as 70 degree

You are right but I think if we mentioned angle b as 40 degree and the angle g as 70 degree then the both triangles are congruent .
In the first question Angle C is not equal to Angle I. And Angle C is not equal to 40°. Hence, ΔACB is not congruent to ΔHIG
