There must be Community Watchdogs in every residential and zonal areas in Ghana. The government and the Security Apparatus must organise all these events. Truly, all such wicked killers are normally community and residential inhabitants, hence such moves will unravel, disclose and reveal all such criminals and bandits even before the worst happens. The least information prior or post to any event will easily signal the security apparatus as soon as possible. God bless!!!
