Govt should study and start such rehab for all common people in each ward..as its need of many in different sections of society. Patient who undergo good surgery expenses and need longer time to heal after to develop capacity, high bill for longer or smaller stay at such premium place is not cup of tea of those who need cost effective solution for attention.
