Detail construction of DC machine and its parts in hindi | DC Generator | DC Motor | Mruduraj

Detail construction of DC machine, dc generator, dc motor in hindi with all parts is presented here. The initial section in construction of dc generator or dc motor presents animation of how each part is connected to each other. The full sequence is presented in this video. Then the next section in construction of dc machine is detail construction of frame of dc generator or dc motor. The next part explained in dc generator construction is the pole of dc machine. After understanding function of pole and pole shoe the field winding is explained in dc motor construction or dc generator construction. The next section is armature core of dc machine. Then after construction of armature winding is clearly explained in construction of dc machine. The next section is of commutator which is very important part of dc machine or dc generator or dc motor. The material used for the construction of commutator is also explain in this video. The next section is of the brush which is connected with commutator. In the next section of detail construction of dc machine or dc generator or dc motor video the end housing, shaft and bearing is explained in detail with material for construction and function.

1.The frame is made of cast iron for smaller machines and for larger machines,it made of cast steel or rolled steel since these materials have better magnetic properties as compared to cast iron . 2.armature purposes-it provides an easy path for magnetic flux. 3.To reducing hysteresis losses and eddy current losses. thanks you sir 😊

for the same reluctance, the weight used for cast iron is double cast steel because of the double magnetic permeability of cast steel than the cast iron so the logic given by this channel is correct.
