Regardless... backing out of a driveway onto a main road here is illegal.... If you back out in front of someone, they can literally run you right off the road no matter what the distance, and you will be in the wrong... 9:22 There's a way to lanesplit/filter and there's a way to NOT filter. This is an example of what not to do. The whole intent for lane filtering is so that a motorcyclist doesn't get caught as the last vehicle in a line up of cars... super vulnerable and just an all around bad spot to be in.

I drive a car and have ride multiple bikes, and I know there is a speed limit and street rules, but noone is going to tell me that I must slow down if I'm over the limit, the only one I need to respond to is the Authority (Police) not some random person that I meet on the road... If I get a ticket is my problem, and I'm the one that will pay it, so noone else has nothing to do with it, if they not ok, just call the police...

That last clip, lanesplitting in Cali, speed differential was dangerous as other's have mentioned. But if you watch the clip, at the end where the transit van is switching lanes, He's on a curve so limited visibility, and when the transit van first comes into veiw he is already over the dotted line mid lane change, Its basically the definition of why lanesplitting there has a limit on how much faster than traffic you should be going. That transit van did nothing wrong. he was making his lane change already before the biker even came into sight. Glad the biker was able to avoid the potentially dangerous situation he got himself into, great clip to submit on how NOT to lanesplit lol

although I enjoy watching these videos it's really concerning and at the same time annoying how many motorcycle drivers are oblivious of their actions and surroundings. it proves time and time again that your safety is in your hands and your hands only.

Only a matter of time until we see IRON 883 on the ground in pain railing against a driver making a lane change without seeing him coming up at 10x the speed traffic is moving at. This is completely reckless driving - no exception. I already feel bad for the people who will eventually end up in his path.

People just ride like that in LA. It's his risk to take. If he's riding like that in city streets with crosswalks and families then yea, fuck him. But I see nothing wrong

Bikers have to take extended training to get a license... any dummy can get a car license... The most dangerous thing on the road today are car drivers... they are on cells, they are smoking, they are eating, they are putting on make up... Bikers ride... 1 singular activity... YOU ALL BIKERS, says all I need to know about your statement... if you haven't rode one, you are ignorant to the truth

You're right, some bikers are downright reckless and irresponsible, but don't judge too many of us all by the actions of a few select riders who make up the majority of some of these compilations.

@@demoninepro99p im a biker myself. i know most ride like they should but some just change lane and speed and blames the cager for not seeing them. seemes like more and more bikers act likr bicyclist amd act like they own the road and everyone should care for them and expect them to come from nowhere at all times. Seemes like many bikers dont understand that they maybe should think about their safety and not expect others to think about it for them. sry if i made it sound like i put most in the same negative boat. Unpopular opinion but i really think USA should do like Europe when it comes to taking bikers license. it seemes like any one can get on a motorcyle and just ride in the use without any proper training or courses. i might be wrong tho.

Whats wrong with the guy committing an illegal act then running someone down to tell them he was going to beat them? I mean, i've made my share of mistakes, but the last thing I am going to do is run the person down and start telling them off.... Guy in the truck is an ass... btw , backing out of a driveway onto a road, is illegal in most places in North America... If you drive like this asshat in the truck, good luck with that

In California CHP suggests no faster than 15 mph than slower traffic when lane splitting.

Loud pipes save lives but I don't think there is an exhaust in existence loud enough to save that last fella.

Its worrisome how fragile people are now a days. The smallest slight and people lose every bit sense they have. If I ever acted like either of those first 2 guys I wouldn’t even consider sharing my childish antics. I would bathe in same alone.

No you're right but it's because we have a lot more "entitled" people who just so happen to also ride motorcycles who believe that because they're on a motorcycle everyone has to do exactly what they think or they're in the wrong. Most American riders don't understand the simple fact that drivers just don't look for bikers as much as they should which is a problem everywhere.
