He was most likely alternating between W+A and S+D to go up and down ladders slightly quicker than W/S or A/D alone. Simple but effective, it's recommended to also use W+A or W+D when going up the ladder to Heaven on Nuke.

i think jeff (that youtuber with that hard name to remember) was saying that scout jump shot is as accurate as ak-47 while standing still, but you need to time it right cmiiw

scout is 100% accurate at peek of the jump, but you need to practice that a bit to get it correctly

Majority of pro league use 400 with 1.6 to 2.4 sense theres a graph you can look up if your not convinced by scouter
