I'm glad you enjoyed the mod as much as I enjoyed making it! I just released a new update this sunday, when you upgrade the ammo now, the huge versions are less laggy. If you want to you can do another vid with the new big swarms :D

It's best on a map like abyss so the buggos despawn quickly, that reduces a lot of lag. I should have probably tested the lag for maps like this before releasing the mod but after the last update it's fine now

@@seno7904 I have no idea how to mod that feature. Forts has no way of testing if a projectile is gonna hit or not.

i like the idea of needing the sentience to do anything bug related but i think the sentience should be the reactor instead

Mod maker here, I made the mod because I watched frazzz buggos videos and wondered if the game would make for a nice forts mod. I did not communicate with blitz or his intern but I appreciate the video. Mod is called "buggos invasion"

That mod is really cool, but the defenders don't have enough health to tank more than one shot from the spore launchers, so they are useless, and all of the bugs are quite slow. Its also not a good strat to build a defense and an offense, since your defense will fire as soon as the enemy deploys bugs, and it ends up blowing up your own bugs as well.
