In this world, everyone has a history. A foundation, in this context, refers to a person's origin roots, birthplace, or background. In this sermon, you will learn how to pray against evil foundations. In the case of someone coming from a family that worships idols, the battle is going to be tough since you may be surprised to find out that the lineage might have been tied to the foundation of idol worship that hinders someone from experiencing the fullness that God has planned for them.
As we refer from the Bible, Gideon, who was bound in slavery by his family idol, is a clear example of the evil foundation. He was able to destroy evil foundations from his father by raising an alter to the Holy One God of Israel.

Sadly, our forefathers, who were ignorant of the truth, laid the foundation for evil, evil eyes, and evil forces. It is possible that they think they are doing the right thing at the time, unaware of the fact that they are dedicating their household foundation to a foundation that is not solid. As we pray, we will ask to be deeply rooted in Christ and to be released from every evil foundation in the name of Jesus. You will be freed from evil foundations as you engage in prayer with faith in Jesus' name.
