Probably not many hobby network admins know about eigrp going out but now coming back into play so they just leave stuf on factory settings.. enabled on all ports. Probably somewhere in a p7blic school that runs on a certain part of academic www thats inevitably connected directly into countrys infrastructure.. Its bad out here, mkay? XD

You should mention that most routers have been hardened to prevent this type of attack. Authentication and RPF checks will defeat this easily. In your example your hacking device is in the control-plane and the forwarding-plane of both routers - this is unlikely to be the case in a production environment.

I have a issue with a project, am running 4 switch with different VLAN with different IP address and I have 2 Routers one connected with my Nat cloud and another with my loopback interface on my PC. Am running ospf on my switches while am running eigrp and ospf on my routers so that I can. Redistribute. On my Router to the Nat Cloud am running eigrp 200 while the router connected to my Loopback is running eigrp 100 but the problem is that after redistribution but ospf switches into eigrp and eigrp into ospf I can't ping the eigrp interface and my loopback interfaces can't ping ospf switches. Plz what can be the problem... If their is a way to message I will like to do that sir so that u can understand my message
