Its good to see that Latavia and Latoya are re-connecting and building bridges with Kelly and Beyonce despite what happened those many years ago. Let love lead the way.

And I don't want to get too deep but this was one of the most beautiful Destiny's Child interviews I've seen in a long time

So im a psychology major in my third year and here is my body language assessment. LaTavia and LeToya seem to have a closer relationship in this moment. Kelly seems to be on the outs with the ladies. They seem annoyed by her. LeToya seems as though she is either tired or doesnt not want to be there though she is trying to hide it. LaTavia seems to be eager to speak with the reporter. Beyonce seems to be aware of her portrayal in this interview and she is doing her best to be apart of the LeToya/LaTavia dynamic while also keeping the status as lead

Briah Johnson I think you are right but I see it slightly different. I see Kelly as being indifferent. I think she is the one that is most balanced. Latvia and Letoya are most agreeable when she speaks. But when Beyonce speaks everyone stops smiling or either forces the smile and seem to be disingenuous and uninterested in what she has to say. Latakia is most articulate so you can tell she really had a vision and passion for the group.

Nope Beyoncé was shy and maybe was told she needed to work on speaking. so she also comes across as insecure and lacking in personality in all of her DC interviews with the 4 of them. Without Matthew as the manager, Latavia would have been the leader. Does that make her the hardest worker? No but she could hold down an interview & seemed to be the most mature. Beyoncé was definitely studying her here.

This interview made me realize why they got rid of La Tavia by not giving her a proper spotlight and indirectly pushing her out. She was the spokesperson of the group as she could properly form sentences and publicly speak whereas Beyonce sounded quite uneducated. Le Toya was a threaten appearance wise, she had an exotic pretty face. Kelly wasn't competition, she was submissive and she was urged to accept Beyonce as the one and only star. Plus, although I think short hair looked good on Kelly I don't believe that the hairstylist intention was benevolent towards her. Nothing was left to chance

They didn’t bully anyone out, Beyoncé was and is the most talented and that’s just fact. Beyoncé’s the prettiest, IMO, you’re entitled to yours, but you’re just making excuses for the fact that beyonce is the talent.

i totally agree especially with the kelly part! she used to be such a push over for beyonce and her hair was cut short cause tina (beyonce mom) forced her too. i mean just look at kelly now without the short hair. gorgeous! they really tried to ugly all the members up to make beyonce look the best

Girl i knew it was to down play kelly look beyonce would look gud with short hair too but why beyonce hair was long all the time it was a set up her mom knows long hair was better if your a hairstyles.

Now I see why kelly said she was not ready to leave the group, she was in love with dc bc you really can tell that she really depended on the group to be there for her and she really didn’t want the group to stop I guess she had to agree with it because everybody else did

As amazing dc3 were I really wish I could enter another universe where these lot never broke up just to see what they’d become. They’re all so happy and they’re laughing a lot...it’s also so lovely these lot were together since they were 9 so they’re immensely close. Plus these girls were so young and didn’t deserve the hate and drama that came their way due to the breakup.

Hate it or love it! Queen Bey pulled a little something she liked out of each of her sisters. I will forever love these four beautiful women for their contributions to music and culture! As a group, as individuals - Destiny's Child is legendary. AND Don't sleep on Michelle either! DC4 and DC3!!!

my favorite female group of all time no matter what. I think there was some shade on each of their parts. By the look of this video B always knew she would be the lead boss in this group everyone else just followed along with the cause. Regardless of their demise it appears they really cared for each other.

To be honest, I didn’t like Beyoncé and Kelly initially. Beyoncé didn’t speak well and Kelly was kind of just there. Latavia and Letoya had more star power. They weren’t afraid to show their personality in interviews. I didn’t really get into Beyoncé and Kelly until they kicked Latavia and Letoya out of the group.

it's probably where they were staying. it was early in their career and artists (especially black/"urban") used to interview anywhere then.

It’s sad to know that these young girls who were friends since they was 10 & 11 and even younger then that for Bey and latavia since they been best friends almost most of they life , lost an entire sisterhood because of overgrown adults …. Not only that why I love DC3 but DC4 had so much to offer and I really wanted to know what they would’ve been like had they not broke up like the girls really was hitting off w/ hits since they break up right in the middle

I like the songs and albums of destinys child! With michelle and also with the others. But i think the songs and videos like say my name, bug a boo, no no no, just have something very special, nostalgic. Cant be replaced

Kelly has always had a real presence in interviews her ability to connecting with people makes her a good conversationalist. To this day she's genuinely good at interviews and being charismatic. I love how she articulate herself. I get why Latavia was the spokesperson if she needed to check interviewers etc. I've always felt like Toya has a dope personality. She was always my fave out of the original DC4 personality wise tbh...then Kelly. Like Toya had that serious face but was really super cool.

At minute 2:45 ; Beyonce pretend to cough, reacting to Kelly Rowland's comments about being the second lead vocalist of the Destiny's Child (DC4), Beyonce seemed to disagree, but in fact, Kelly was right, she was the second lead singer of the group ...

Latavia, Latoya & was treated wrongly especially Farrah, but what do you expect, when family managed the group. Obviously they wanted tobe treated equally & not tobe controlled.
