@@nosecandie3890 Nah, Michelle hit those notes. I listened to the recording studio and I can't tell them apart, if anything Michelle's voice would be the loudest because she can hit the highest with chest. I've also seen the live version and Michelle hits it fine. Kelly is the one who fades away.

@@nosecandie3890 Michelle is a Soprano while Beyoncé and Kelly are Mezzos. She can go higher than both of them. Michelle has belted live A5's and Bb5's, while Beyoncé has reached a G5 peak and Kelly an F#5 peak !

@@girlgreenivy Naw I'm glad they didn't because if someone (Beyonce) would have done that while Michelle sang her climax at that part, it would have taken away from Michelle's moment. It was a nice idea musically to ascend the moment higher and loftier, but keeping it the way they had it ensured Michelle's moment wasn't overshadowed. She should have thought about it first then not even suggested it lol.

Well Michelle was a perfect replacement for the 2 DC members. I k so Farrah was there but Michelle did the low and high harmonies. Toya and tavia did them too so Michelle was like 2 for 1😂😉.

It's Michelle. Michelle's chest/mixed voice is very piercing, almost nasal. She has a very bright tone on her high belts. You can hear very clearly at 2:17 on "STAND UP!" that it's Michelle singing the top harmony on the last chorus. Kelly probably sang top harmony because Michelle was stronger on the lower notes and also because Michelle's voice would have stuck out too much on the top. Kelly's blends better on the top notes, whereas Michelle's overpowers.

They sound so GREAT! I miss them so much! Their voices were at it’s peak here from when they first started...I felt like they were really finding their voices!

This is my favorite song I dedicated it to my nephue when he was 5 when the song first came out. It always reminds me of him. He seen too much growing up and struggled to see his family together since he was a baby.
