Watch the complete series: • The Bible from 30,000 ...
MESSAGE SUMMARY:
Our fifty-ninth flight over the Bible from 30,000 Feet will take us over the distinctive book of James. Although grace through faith in the cross was vital for Jewish believer to understand, James addresses the issue of faith without a consistent lifestyle. This epistle adamantly declares that, "Just as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead, also." (James 2:26) The key chapters to review are James 1-5.

Restore to me the JOY of my Salvation...even how old and worn-out i may become...let my mind be so thankful. Empowered by the fruits.
Excellent! Thank you!
James is my favorite book
I have had my students in my Christian school Bible class watch some of Skip's talks. Outstanding!
Love you Skip!

Nothing but God's grace
I am wearing the crown of life.
15:15 Trials: Surrender!! but If you die its a win if you live through it, you will be a better man.
Thank you for your very interesting teaching.
The roots of sin... How much am I willing to cut-off or gouge-out? Do I see myself, for who I am? with a lens from heaven?
Next level is always better. Always always aleways
I am going write a song about a boy who plotted his course to heaven.
Once you receive the crown it becomes part of you.
Thanks so much for this beautiful song. I'm partaking of the elements now alone in my room in KwaZulu-Natal South Africa. With a great cloud of witnesses. Isaiah 53:4-5 ❤
Yeah gotta know what you want in life. Plot the course under the influence of the Spirit. The rest is interesting...just keep taking your heading. You'll be fine.
Good overview of James. Thank you.

Very very good!!!!
John 6:28 and 29 Then said they unto Him what shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, this is the work of God, that you believe on Him whom He has sent.
Salvation unlocks you in...
41:00 James 4
Galatians 6:17
Faith: I remembered God's laws. Then i was given faith.
Doubting God hears my prayers? Why would I do that? Very bad.
Beat up the bosss.. lol
I have endured ...and smitten anyway. (joke)
You need to know your Bible - Jesus DID give Mary to John for John to look after - John chapter 19 vs 26,27.
If you don’t mind, not for me, but I need an answer . The gays, I’ve seen skits where they go to heaven and ask God. Why did you make me gay??? I’ve heard all sides but not from the bible, they claim they knew from childhood they were born that way? How dose a child even know? What can I say when they blame being born that way” they mean it, what’s the biblical answer to this, ? I know it’s also in the ten comments but what’s a nicer way to say it, it won’t go away and they believe it, the last thing I want to say is it’s a sin, help??
Jesus didn’t have any half brothers. If you knew your bible, you would know this. It would have been James’ duty to take care of Mary. It was the law. Jesus would not have given Mary to John. Pretty simple.

Jesus’ brothers were not there at His crucifixion, they also did not believe in Him until after His resurrection. He was the oldest son, culturally it was His duty to take care of his mother, and to appoint another to take care of her after He was gone. He chose His dear friend John, rather than one of His half brothers, simple as that. This in no way, implied that His other half brothers were not allowed to take care of her. It just meant that she lived with John.

Jesus is God, and He makes the rules and designates as HE sees it. And we know John was at the cross -- was James? My guess is no.
