Like Japan rose from eh ashes of The Atomic Bombs, Like Germany rose from the destruction of second world war. Rwanda is rising from its Genocide. You are BLESSED to have President Kagame. Next Singapore from Africa. Western Countries will come up with various plots to try & keep Africa poor. Human Rights is thrown at an Leader any country coming out of poverty. Throw the western accusations in the garbage like China does. Russia does. Take only Technology from the west , Take the development from the west BUT be Rwandan as long as Your President is there its possible. Do you know how many general AFDL, CNDP, M23... injected in the Congolese army without any academic military background? I think it's the only army in the world that has some generals who do not have even a high school degree. Bosco Ntaganda (Rwanda citizen is among those general who was injected in the Congolese army without having even a high school degree). The guy was not even able to speech French, neither English). And you know what he did in Eastern Congo. he was named terminator because of the genocide he committed, killing Congolese people. I can give you many example of Rwanda general who are in the Congolese army, they have only one objective, to protect Rwanda interest in Congo. Now Kagame want to play the same game, requesting that M23 (full of Rwanda soldiers) being mixed with the Congolese army. This is not possible any more because Congolese people know why their army is weak. Congo is rebuilding it's army. Rwanda can never face a true Congolese army if it's rebuilt. Don't forget that Congo is under international embargo to buy weapons. Why USA is putting its veto when other UN security members ask to remove that embargo? Don't worry, Congo is rebuilding it's army. Do you know why general Yav (Army chief of Eastern part of Congo was arrested, he is in jail now)? It's for only reason, he was in talk with James Kabarebe, negotiating how he can let M23 and Rwanda army to take Goma, so Tshisekedi can accept to negotiation the introduction of M23 and some Rwanda soldiers in the Congolese army. Yav in a Congoles army general. What can you except with this kind of generals? Rwanda has infiltrated all Congolese institutions. It's going to end.

@@MrApareco Hihi. You know nothing about history of Rwanda. Rwanda refugees participated in Mozambique rebellion that defeated Portuguese. Those same refugees contributed immensely in Uganda rebels that overthrew Idi Amin, and put Obote on power. Soon after Obote started mistreating Banyarwanda refugees emprisonning them and deporting them from Uganda. What followed, Banyarwanda refugees helped Museveni overthrow Obote from power, Museveni is President thanks to Banyarwanda sacrifices. Banyarwanda were led by Fred Gisa Rwigema(Read about him) Soon after, in 1990-1994, after 30 years in exile, Banyarwanda refugees from Uganda decided to go home by force, invaded Rwanda led by General Fred Gisa Rwigema who was later killed by French. Then after 4 long years of brutal fighting(where rebels captured 100s of French of soldiers in ambush) between rebels led by Gen Kagame against Habyarimana government troops helped by French army, General Kagame won the war. Soon after, 300,000 thousands soldiers from Habyarimana regime fled to Zaire where they continued to launch attacks against Rwanda. Then after 3 years of attacks from Zaire, Rwanda new government led by Vice-President Kagame ,attacked Zaire and conquered the country in less than 5 months by removing Mobutu ,and placing Kabila Senior on power. Soon after, new Zaire President Kabila Senior became hostile and allied with 300,000 Rwanda rebels to overthrow Rwanda Gov. led by Gen Kagame. What happens next? Kabila failed, and Rwanda army managed to push the Zaire troops and rwanda rebels deeper in Zaire up to the outskirts of Kinshassa. Kabila Senior in panick invited SADC to come to help, battled hardned Angola and Zimbabwe/Malawi all send their armies to save Kinshassa and Kabila regime. Later on, Zimbabwe, Angola, Malawi were soon joined by Tchad and North Sudan armies to fight against Rwanda. Tchad (are better in desert environments) and North Sudan withdrew from Zaire(RDC) after losing hundred of their troops in jungle warfare against Rwanda army. Rwanda was facing Angola, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Tchad, North Sudan, plus RDC army + 100,000 rwanda_burundian rebels fighting against Rwanda Gov. led by Gen Kagame. Rwanda Governement managed to keep 2/3 of RDC territory despite facing an overwhelming force. Few years back, Rwanda was the only African country that was asked by USA to go and help protect Darfur civilians who were being killed by arabs Sudanese militia. It didn't take long, arabs militia were badly beaten in less than 1 month by Rwanda army. Darfur then went through a long period of peace and prosperity. You can go and ask Darfur people, they will never forget who saved them. No long ago, Rwanda was the only country asked by newly elected Central Africa Republic to help fight Tchad backed rebels. In less than 3 months, Rwanda Army and Central Africa army now control more than 95 % of Central Africa territory. Go ask Central Africa people, they will tell you how thankful they are to Rwanda. For 3-5 years, Mozambique has been facing ISIS/AL Shabab rebels who controlled the richest Oil/Gaz province called Cabo Delgado. SADC refused to help because they were busy arguing which SADC country should provide leading Generals. Then current Mozambique President ignored the useless SADC and asked Rwanda to help, you know what happened next. In less than 4 weeks after arriving to Mozambique, Rwanda army helped reconquer Cabo Delgado Province from ISIS & AL Shabab terrorists, terrorists were defeated. Now Mozambique army control Cabo Delgado thanks to Rwanda army contribution. Rwanda army are battle hardened, they have war experience. In Africa, Rwanda is one of the very few countries with very experienced battled hardened infantry that can manage to defeated a serious rebellion/insurgency on their own without outside help. I don't think you can say that on many counties in Africa. Rwanda is second with largest contributing troops to peacekeeping mission in the World. Rwanda is not a rich country, they have limited resources compared to many, but they have a great leadership and manager in Kagame. So next time before making an absurd comment, make sure you do some research.

Professional unlike the SANDF soldiers are fat as if they drink alcohol.They do not respond in crisis as witnessed by looting of the economy.More over Rwanda responded to the aid of Mozambique while SADEC were busy in meetings.

Because Kiswahili is the official language of Africa and not English, Portuguese, French, etc. Very soon the whole Africa will make swahili their official language. From a brother from West Africa.
