baking powder: 10 g (0.4 oz)
orange juice: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
whipping cream: 400 ml (14 fl oz)
powdered sugar: 50 g (1.8 oz)
vanilla sugar: 10 g (0.4 oz)
frozen berries: 450 g (16 oz)
sugar: 100 g (3.5 oz)
starch: 40 g (1.4 oz)
water: 40 ml (1.4 fl oz)
lemon juice: 10 ml (0.3 fl oz)

I made the dessert, but the cake needed to be more chocolatey. I baked another sheet cake with more chocolate and less sponge in the recipe. I used a different recipe I found online for a chocolate sheet cake. The fruit filling was terrific. I will make the whipped cream and put it together tomorrow since I am not serving it until tomorrow night. By the way, I love the channel.

This looks great but I don’t need to watch you cracking every egg, slowly adding and mixing every ingredient! What I’d like to see is a link to the written recipe so I can buy the ingredients and actually make it rather than having to painfully watch the video to copy down ingredients and instructions!
We don't need to see every single egg broken, or all the time stirring, mixing ,etc. You could give us a much shorter video. 😊

My God this was slooooooow. I had to leave. Sure it tastes good but I have no patience. Just leave the recipe on internet. We're smart enough to follow directions faster than watching this. And my God you wasted alot of left over batter.
Hi, I'm aware this is a "class." I have taken cooking classes. Most other videos showing recipes do not show every single step. They type out steps, type out ingredients and amounts. However as they speak or not... The recipe is all there . There is no need to give intricate videoswith long instructions. Don't worry I unsubcribed. I'm a better baker than you anyhow. Have fun you hiring people!

Хрень полная.Можно сделать все гораздо проще и быстрее. НА КОРЖ ВСЕ НАМАЗАЛ СВЕРХУ КРОШКА И ВСЕ .нарезал и в путь Развели какую то фабрику мороку
Довго й нудно. Можна було вже залишити, як тістечко, посипане крихтою.
