My guess is that they wanted those villains to look recognizable but they were just far too lazy to give them senior designs so they just got their og young designs and change their hair color to white and gray tones and call it a day.

The first thing that I ended up seeing for this was a prison musical scene that had every villain from all despicable me movies in but I didn't see Vector in with the rest of the villains

I actually think a singing competition between Gru and Maxime Le Mal sounds more peaceful than the whole killing thing. But why did they have to make all the previous villains appear at the end?

I confused on how the vicous six, scarlet overkill, and herb aren't very old looking. I can see that scarlet has a white hair but the others look pretty good in there age. Also how did vector come back to earth.

Unfortunately, the movie doesn't explain it. They just show us that Vector is already in jail for this film. The character only appears in that scene dancing.
