She's probably the primary cook in the family. It's sort of like the wife disapproving of what the breadwinner does for a living. Granted, cooking isn't as important of a duty as it used to be, and stay-at-home mothers have a lot less to take care of than they used to, but I think it's understandable everyone wants their efforts, no matter how small, to be appreciated.

Actually Bree’s Son put her in the hospital in A comma. But she woke up and fell down the steps in the hospital, That’s what killed her. And the hospital knew that and settled.
