When watching this type of show, I usually don't really love the outcome. Until this one....I love everything!!!
This home is just breathtaking!!! 🤗💝 One of my favorite reveals!
10 years....I'm at 24 years living in our 500sq' camp but on a beautiful piece of land in Vermont!! Happy for them!
The house looks beautiful. But when I heard the cost I was like "Oh my gosh😲😲"
In my lifetime I've never had anything nice like this.
Soooo beautiful!!!! These men have an amazing talent for design. 💝

this made me cry.
Aghhhh! That couple is so sweet! Turned out so beautiful!
If this well-off family is Desperate, I don’t know what to call myself?! Lol..

Sigh....I'm so happy I get to watch TLC the other month and see you guys your both are amazing designer, your both are perfect for each other and a perfect team. I salute you both. Someday I want to be a wedding designer and inspire and make other people dream come true and see their faces so happy and so satisfy on what they want to see and make them a lucky person in the world. Because they deserve more than they can imagine. And I love seeing people smiling and happy and so satisfy for once in there life.
Nate & Jeremy , so fantastic what you're doing. Quel TALENT. FÉLICITATIONS. BRAVISSSSSSIMO !💖
I don't think that when I was a kid that I would have been so excited over home décor? And my Dad sure as hell wouldn't have cared so much. Times are a changing. Looks great. Thanks for sharing.
they are the best 10 years vs. 18 days that's one hell of a job
Amazing..i love everything bout it.how everything transformed

So beautiful home 😊😊
I’m sobbing! What a stunning transformation! 💕
Wish you could help me in Florida with my Grandmother's house.. I have cried so much over the termite damage.... I don't know what step to take next..
I love these
I find it weird though to find a dining table in a huge space right when you enter the home. It feels like it will never be used.

Why would you put a doggy door in a cabinet? Wouldn't you have to leave the cabinet door open all the time?

Keep in mind it wasn't free. The homeowners paid for the renovations.
I love it, I love this counter top, Oh my gosh, lol.
I don‘t get why people think they need so much space. What a waste of money and resources. It‘s gorgeous, but a smaller house is much more maintainable...

SurfergirlKH not necessarily. A small house can easily lead to clutter!

@- - And a larger one can't??? What an idiot comment. A larger home is also much more difficult to keep clean because you're spending more time doing it. I won't even mention how difficult it is to keep things clean the older you become. SurfergirlKH is right - a smaller home is much more maintainable and practical.

feb2020.. nice renovation :)
and they were okay with them using 5 times more than the budget?
@Sunflowers9191
7 жыл бұрын
SOSMinecraft1 I'm always wondering that too. On tv nobody ever seems to be bothered by a (small) budget! As gorgeous as this is, not many ppl will be able to afford this. Rather live less luxurious without debt then living in an amazing interior with a huge pay off!
@dave_bed

@Sunflowers9191
7 жыл бұрын
SOSMinecraft1 If I were them I would be pretty pissed? It's not like money grows on trees and going over budget with that amount.. that's going to a big debt! More then $3000 on lightning, a doggy door for $750, $3500 sink.. etc.. That can be half as cheap and still look pretty! Might not look as luxurious but who cares?
@dave_bed
7 жыл бұрын
Livelifelaugh I know right like why would you ever spend 750$ so your dog can go outside instead of using the main door -.- and 3000$ for a sink?? wtf
@Sunflowers9191
7 жыл бұрын
SOSMinecraft1 Yes the dog door would be the biggest waste of money.. 😂 I mean it's cool but $750? You could buy such cool furniture for that in a thrift shop and give it a paint job haha. Isn't that a real challenge? Create an amazing interior with a limited budget? Almost anyone can create something amazing with a huge chunk on money. I love watching these types of shows but it's far from realistic..
I hope my house will transformed too
Wow, is lovely
I really love whatever you guys do 🥰. In this case could you interchange the dining with the living space? I think rather than crossing your dining space and then coming to the living space, the opposite would have been better...
Really beautiful😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Am soo happy
I never understand why the dinning room is, in American homes like this one, so far away from the kitchen, while the living area is just besides it. In my country, the dinning room would be adjacent to the kitchen, and the living room farther.
Love it
If I hit the lottery I would hire them for sure, but until then I will just watch chip and Joanna for décor tips...

such a nice house
These guys are AMAZING with hard work and impressive design ideas. I don't know how they achieved this awesome transformation for just $40,000 and calling in favors. This looks more like an over $100,000 cost.
@fancybrooks3156
5 жыл бұрын
It was. $165,000, to be exact. That's more than four times the $40,000 the homeowners budgeted for their modest ranch. And all that was spent on just the kitchen, dining area, living space, and foyer. Unbelievable!

👍👍👍👍👏👏👏 Amazing. Bravo 💙
What about the rest of the house?
Why do they have 2 kitchen sinks? One on the counter and one on the side.

@Taylor serious? They charge for all this?
The house is beautiful,but very important thing is :the owners‘ budget is only 40k,why they raised up to 160k without telling them?How to do if they cannot afford 4 times more budget?Why they customized a 750$ tiny dog door,it is more expensive than a big front door.
How truly magnificent
Dining table at the entrance...nooooo
Beautiful home. Not desperate so let's not say that.
But the price isn't it too high
I need the.pleace
So happy for them. They seem so grateful. Beautiful home.
Good good good good job
Wow Nate this is beautiful wish u called visit us too love u from uganda
It’s impossible 40k...with that budget they will barely have the kitchen done. Basically, if you are putting 40k material, you can count 40k of reno ...so just double it. This is why we are doing all our reno.
Very beautiful.. i hope i can change our house also :(
Can i send a video of my arrangement and please give suggestions
Well, I guess that if you can afford a 165.000 dollar renovation plus paying the designer you are pretty wealthy. What about renovating something on a real budget like 10.000???

@Taylor do most of us have what would be an entire mortgage to renovate only a kitchen and livingroom? We want a realistic show that we can aspire to do in our own homes with a modest income.
