Thats one BIG BOY Weighs 415 lb and can actually move fast. 💀
@BryanGrier Жыл бұрын
Heaviest I ever played the DL position at was 385. I can tell you right now from my own experience...this man is ridiculously strong. It takes so much energy just to move at that weight and If I were to guess just by looking at his physique he is at or above 30% body fat percentage. With what I know now about weight control I would say this man needs to get on the intermittent fasting wave, learn how to meal-prep, cook with high quality cooking oils, and get deep sleep. Protein and high quality fat (to satiated longer) is the key with changing up carb intake to match energy output for the day. Extra conditioning is great however, at that size it would be best to lighten the load to prevent increased wear and tear on the body. Walking, and fasting will do the trick. This is the slow and safe way to protect joints. The human body is extremely sophisticated and efficient. Fasting allows the body to catch up to itself and self clean incessant cells using the process called autophagy. If Desmond can find a way to leverage his training by mastering his off the field habits he can build up to be unstoppable anywhere on the football field he chooses. From another big man who knows how it is to train at high body fat percentage good luck!

@blackpill1420
Жыл бұрын
There’s no point to sprinting and explosion I swear ppl have no idea what they talking about. That kills central nervous system. Running hills around 10 times/bleachers is beneficial that’s it. The best thing to possibly do is lift weights like an athlete you’re literally losing fat while making muscle, and you’re training stamina and building quick muscle fibers all in one.
@Iamfeelzmusic
Жыл бұрын
@@blackpill1420 he is a lineman he heads to be doing short sprints and working on the explosiveness getting out of his stance. But what do I know… I only have a Masters in it and have been training myself as well as Olympic and professional athletes for over 15 years.
@blackpill1420
Жыл бұрын
@@Iamfeelzmusic people always talk about plyos but let’s use our common sense first. If your muscle base is bad that does nothing. It’s like a bird trying to fly with weak wings the stronger you are with less fat is always better. A weak fat dude doing plyos all day everyday will not be able to put perform someone who lift weights all day. The guy who lifts will eventually become strong and lean that should tell you to put all your eggs in one basket. Plyos won’t give you muscle and strength which is #1. He needs to stop going for 720 pound squats and rep out set of 350 pound sets. He’s gaining muscle, building endurance , gaining fast twitch muscle, and losing fat all simultaneously. Yeah what you said is important, but I think FOCUS should be weight room and the biggest problem is all these guys just lifting heavy and not high volume lower reps. And also diet this kid probably eats like shit and is surprising he looks that good. Being from the ghetto and being 415 tells you he was eating nothing but chips, pop tarts, McDonald’s, and candy bars. If he gets a lot more protein too which he will cause they offer at college it’d be huge for him.
@Iamfeelzmusic
Жыл бұрын
@@blackpill1420 Explosiveness for me would be lifting weights explosively lol. A solid mix of heavy and light weight is a pretty simply "Bigger, Faster, stronger" platform for programing. He has a diet he is on so lets hope he sticks to it. He could be top 10 pick if he progresses properly.

Are Sumo wrestlers not athletes as well? It took America to come up with a sport that men with different sizes and skill sets can compete together on the same team. It’s not a coincidence that many big/tough kids of first-generation immigrants choose gridiron instead of futball. Most fans of Futball hate gridiron, and to some degree the reverse is also true. But true athletes at the highest level in both sports respect each other. They recognize the athleticism, dedication and skill it takes to get to top of any sport where almost every player on the team is payed millions.

Yeah, this young man is freaky strong and has some real skills already. If he really sharpens up his footwork more while continuing to drop weight and progress the rest of his game like he has been he could definitely be a solid starter with a decent NFL career at least. Would be more excited if he was where he's at now already a year or two ago but he still has plenty of potential!
Thats one BIG BOY Weighs 415 lb and can actually move fast. 💀

@@squarecracker you don’t get to 415 pounds by being a clean eater. Also, why would the website lie by 20 pounds in the bad direction? If we’re saying the website is lying, then I’ll just say that Trevor Ettienne isn’t 213, since he looks more like 205. That doesn’t make sense. We have to trust what the team gives us.
@Iamfeelzmusic

@@blackpill1420 he is a lineman he heads to be doing short sprints and working on the explosiveness getting out of his stance. But what do I know… I only have a Masters in it and have been training myself as well as Olympic and professional athletes for over 15 years.

@Iamfeelzmusic
