Actually 88-89 Senior year. Good version but seems blasphemous towards New Edition. I remember breaking up with my girlfriend Senior Year saying, "I guess you couldn't stand the rain". Yea little dramatic but I love this song and a great album!!! Finally some songs that late teens can identify with and remember in a positive way. Maybe more will start to come out. I love it when it’s done well like this is. I think it’s great to be able to entertain your wedding guests and do something special for your bride or groom.

The guy with the dreads who sings "Cause I need somebody who will stand by me" can sing his ass off. He is fine as shit and he can dance, I personally liked how he executed the choreography. Overall, it was a great performance.

His name is Tone Stith. He’s a amazing singer and also songwriter. He wrote Liquor by Chris Brown and even sung with him in a song called Play Catch Up. He also covered one of Drake’s songs that got his attention.

Because it isn’t live. It’s been pre recorded or overdubbed. Their vocals are all heavily auto-tuned, eq’d and mixed. They’ve filmed it at the wedding live but overdubbed all their vocals in a studio, adding the live audience reaction audio captured on the night to make it appear live. Sounds tight though ✌️
