1. Download Lively Wallpaper from the Window Store.
2. Run Lively Wallpaper App on your PC.
3. Download the video that you want from my playlist & save it in a folder on your drive or copy the link URL to the video that you want as a desktop background.
4 Click the (Plus +) icon at the top then select (choose a file) for video that you have download in a folder or select (Enter URL) that you have copy the link to a video, just paste it in.
5. Once it's done loading select the (OK) at the bottom of the screen and its done.
