I have been having the same thoughts for about 2 years now since the keyboard market has gone stale recently with every 2 months there's a new keyboard coming from china while offering nothing new to the scene. Despite not having the fund for it I'll one day have my dream board with everything I want. I find this video inspiring to continue on my keyboard development.

okay here it goes: Aliexpress japanese white on black japanese for the alphas, Geekark pbt for the mods and pink accents, GMK Darling control, and some sakura metal artisan for the top right

it's actually not, Moyu switches are in no way correlated to the rubik's cube & puzzle manufacturers MoYu

Unfortunately no stepped caps lock, as on HHKB layouts that key is meant to be used as Control, which to my knowledge is never stepped
