Designer homes are the most popular homes in The Villages. These homes come with 3 or 4 bedrooms, higher end finishes, and larger lots. The construction can be block and stucco or wood frame and vinyl. The square footages of these homes ranges from around 1400-2500 sq.ft. The price of these homes range from roughly $300k to over 500k depending on if you have a pool or a view. These homes can be found all throughout The Villages in the Spanish springs, Lake Sumter, Brownwood, and Souther Oaks sections of The Villages.

Once you have cathedral ceilings, you can’t buy a house they don’t have them because it feels like the ceiling is right on top of your head. It’s a shame they don’t design nice contemporary homes with more glass and that has some kind of style

Hey Rock, I think you would appreciate some of the newer construction(2017-present). They are definitely becoming more contemporary. The fixtures, colors, ceiling heights, natural light, layouts, etc., are all more contemporary. I didn't cover any of those homes in this video as I cannot sell the new construction, only the builders salespeople can. However, you could check out some of their newer homes on The Villages website. Thanks for your input.
BREAKING NEWS, the last home in this video is going up for sale tomorrow 10/22/2021. It is a begonia model in The Village of Hillsborough. As you can see it is upgraded in almost every way! The owners have done everything so you don’t have to! Call me for more information. (352)661-0730
