    Hi, I changed my default view to top view and I'm unable to restore the default view that appears when we open a new project. Please tell me how to restore the original view back, thanks!

    That square cut that makes the ground plane, because doing it in the results shows that the frequency peak is reduced less than -10 dB and achieves the UWB bandwidth (3.1 GHz to 10 GHz), there are some mathematical explanation. A document where this phenomenon is explained in more detail would be of great help. Thanks and a good video. Keep going!!!

    Hello... I got one more question. How cutting a ground to half have introduced one more frequency? Also, how with the introduction of the ground slot led all frequencies under -10dB?

    May I ask how the fringing fields behave when we cut the ground to half and make a slot? Also, how have you chosen the dimension?

    Due to fringing field from the ground, the radiation pattern will become approximately omnidirectional and starting dimension is chosen based on formula of circular microstrip patch antenna.

    Why is your radiation box so small? Can you increase the radiation box untill results are unchanged and then share the s-parameter results?

    You can take radiation box based on largest wavelength. It's not small.

    The basic Antenna design is done using microstrip circular patch antenna. In the design stages few bandwidth enhancement techniques are applied. You can follow few similar research items to get more clarity.
