Design Thinking and Innovation (DT&I) is being organised by IDC School of Design on 1st July 2023 at IIT Bombay. The focus of the event was on the fundamentals/essentials of the Design Thinking and Innovation (DT&I) process as a method to identify problems and find innovative alternate solutions. Dr Gayatri Menon, a principle faculty at National Institute of Design(NID). She is having the experience of more than 25 years and is currently Head of the Design Foundation Program at NID. Her talk was about developing a course and how innovation can happen through classroom projects. She presented her experience during a course on Design for special needs conducted at NID.
