Sir my I have run my model and get the results for DPPH and if I select square method than my model and Lac of Fit both is non significant but when I didn't choose any method and select None then model will be significant and Lac of Fit is non significant. Can you suggest me something.?

When you make center point as face center then it automatically became box behnken design avoid that step and go with rotatable alpha or directly box behnken! Andas a formulation scientist and some DOE experties which i hold i would suggest you and other scientist that when you have constrain of set points you should go with box behnken causs central composite as face center is not have any rational unless and untill you want to update it with add on points latter

That's true We have done it because we want to remain in the set limits If you want to go beyond above and below the set points you can change the value of alpha This is to be done if you want to check out some other points above and below the set limits for optimization purposes. If there's any other query you can ask it
