Desi Roti making on an Indian Chulha
In this video, I have captured the Roti making of an Indian Village household on Chulha. A stove made with Bricks, cow dung and wet soil. The fuel generally used is wood and cow dung cakes (Gobar). The roti develops great taste due to slow heating in the chulha.
