My mother always says, whenever any labour is working at your house and same time you are cooking something different and delicious then it is mandatory to share the same with the labour as well. always add lukewarm water to yeast, you added hot water which is why it didn't bloom. very nice colorful pizza. Also i want to gift you a long pizza peel so you can transfer the pizza onto pan without having to worry about messing it up.
