This a dessert look at the temperature .. Can u survive here without any fan AC cooler. Even with fan and coolers we often feel irritated and complains regarding temperature and humid.. And the childern are not getting education.. They will be limited to that one place.. With no exposure

It is karma. These ppl will have some reason not to go elsewhere. They have to stay there and suffer. But I think poor ppl who have no AC or cooler and live in hot places like Delhi and UP also suffer during summer. I lived in UP for 3 years. It is terrible there in summer. I was student but classroom had no AC or cooler. It was impossible to concentrate on what teacher is teaching! Hostel had no AC or cooler. Summer is hell in UP and Delhi.
