Yeah mate, it's not just made for people on psychs but for those that are willing to let the music in will certainly reach a realm of consciousness that only few are willing to accept. Masters of the Craft of Creation. I brought them to Zion, Utah for an earth blessing back in 2015, there was less than 20 people there and that land will forever be blessed! I again brought them to SLC for a sold out 400 person venue and the vibes were only perfect. I've seen them on the Playa at Burningman in 2013 perform a Psytrance set and I balled my eyes out because I finally found the music I had been searching for my entire life. I'm in tears writing this because Amani and Trevor Moontribe have helped transform life in general!

COULDN'T agree more, Beloved, Desert Dwellers changed my Life and I have since helped change the Lives of others. They awoke the dormant DNA in me, that is to say... The beast. Forever GRATEFUL!

This was my first set of my first psytrance festival (not my first ever festival). A tab of acid and a few joints in, with my best friend and my girlfriend at the time. As I approached the stage, I saw people dancing like never before, in strange ways but fascinating, I told my girlfriend that I was falling in love 20 times per second, girls, boys, old, young, no matter what just because I could sense the freedom of their souls and that attracted me so much. The stage decoration by TAS was moving inviting me to come closer, so I did, and pure happines invaded me. I didn't dance at first, I just sit on the floor and let the acid did its thing, I needed to do that for whatever reason. And then, I "heard" the music, oh boy the music. I had heard techno, goa and trance before and like it, but never really "understand" it even while on psychedelics. But this was so fucking different, I could understand what the different layers of music were doing to the composition, how they were dancing with each other , I could saw it with my ears. Each sound was a chant that was singing to me in a beautiful way. The vibrations were caressing me like no other music had ever done before, take it as you want... and moved my body without me thinking about it. I could feel the acid enjoying the music and telling me "ok, you choose your enviroment perfectly, so here you have the perfect trip" and so it was. I dunno, I've heard other trance and psytrance artists now, and liked liked some of them very much. But Desert Dwellers to me are just the perfect representation of what psychedelic music should be

This is such a cute and relatable story. I think there are many psy artists out there who do this psychedelic magic, no matter what bpm or atmosphere, slow and chillout or faster and mind twisting psy, you can always find some super quality artists. I also had this revelation of "understanding" the music for the first time at a small italian psy party, also while being on acid. It felt like I was being spoken to by the music and I became completely enchanted by its intertwining layers and dialogue. Never forgetting that moment.

This was beautiful after the wake of such a disaster. We pray for you as a people and for West Maui, Kahālāwai, the Kalo farmers, and all those affected. I am hoping that when Lahaina is rebuilt and water laws are revisted, that your people can re-establish a working Ahupua’a that will flourish as it once did. Prayers from Haiku!
