Descending From the Highest Point In Whistler Bike Park
Ойын-сауық
I've heard tons of great things about Whistler's Top Of The World Trail, but with so much quality riding on the mountain is it worth the extra $$ and time? Today, I'm going to find out!!

p.s. I figure this is probably a common question, and I may even make a video about it, but no, you don't need a DH bike for Whistler. That being said, I enjoyed have one greatly as it helped allow me to push the boundaries of my capabilities more readily than I may have on my trail bike.

When you get the ticket for the top of the world. Be sure you get there before 4 pm. No one tells you this. Not even the guys at the top of the Garbo gondola. The peak chair shuts down at 4. No refund or anything, not complaining as it was completely my fault but hopefully it saves someone the headache as I know I was not the only one who has experienced this.

These videos are few and far between, but I can definitely tell why. The production value on this is so good! Awesome job Alex.
I'm glad I live in a place where I'm able to ski in the winter, and then immediately go biking before the ski season even ends.

Alex your video was great. I'm so stoked. Am trying to save for Whistler 2020. Please keep the vids coming. You and Seth are phenomenal. I watch alot of KZread vids but your guys vids make me feel alive. They are literally the best content on the web. Thank you guys.
I was feeling a little down since its full on winter here in Steamboat Colorado and I am missing mtb season already...So i continually watch your videos alongside Seths, Phil's, GMBN, etc and even bought myself an early xmas present which is a full carbon bronson for next season. Thank you for sharing your stoke with us all...the next time you are in Colorado your beard trim is on me at my barbershop...id love to ride with you here. Until then, Live Free 🤙🏼| Ride Hard 👊🏼| Get Stoked 🤘🏼
Your editing/ story telling has been incredible the last couple videos. Really went from being just another mtb youtuber to creating your own unique style. Keep it up!
I’m really impressed at how the videos have become mini movies almost trailers for the stuff that’s on Patreon !
Soooo hyped for my first trip to Whistler in June! Keep the whis content coming it will help keep the stoke all winter as I wait for the trails to dry out again!

Oh man, to be young again. I used to mountain bike in the 1990's in Marin County, where the inception of the mountain bike was created to ride on Mt Tam. You will have years of fun, good health, and memories to make.
I just re-watched the van build playlist and I think the only couple things of the van build needs is new seat covers, you can take the seats to a upholstery shop and they can remove the seat covers that are on there now and restitch ones out of whatever Material you want with any kind of cool designs on it, they can even so your channel name or model on to the headrest and maybe a cool wrap for the outside of the van
@tuckera1879
4 жыл бұрын
Why? That would just make it a target for vandalism and even pushy fans who want to meet the sampler. If he has a wrap the van may also be more recognized, and he wouldn't be able to camp at as many places because it could be mistaken as a camper, which is the exact opposite of what he wants to do.
“The Singletrack Sampler” takes a whole new meaning here
I dont even ride but I get so stoked watching your videos! Super sweet🤙🏼
I've only ever ski'd and shredded Whistler and Blackcomb mountains in the winter so was sweet to see it from a different perspective in the summer. Recognized some of the places on the way down!
