That certainly sounds like something Jafar would do; but, would Aladdin and/or Jasmine really have given up on finding their son when the list of obvious kidnapping suspects is microscopic? I mean, there's really only one person anywhere near Agrabah who would have any real reason to kidnap Aladdin and Jasmine's son.

The simple answer as to why we never see the most of the AKs and VKs' second parent is because they're not important. The only reason we learn about Mal's dad is because it was plot-revelant. The creators probably just thought that all we needed to know was that the characters were the child of a Disney villain or hero; they probably never thought about who the other parent could be.

Based on the traits in Carlos that he mentioned, it sounds like his dad is Syndrome from The Incredibles.

Fun fact: did you know that descendents was made to rival with another show. Ever after high. Mattel had there Disney princess line and then Mattel made ever after. That's were Disney got mad. They took the line and gave it to Hasbro then made descendants to bring down Mattel and ever after.

I think Davy Jones is more likely Uma Father, Mal is obviously Hades, Evie's dad is either Prince John or possibly Mor'du since none of the villains stay dead, otherwise Gaston was a ghost too. Jay is a hard one, maybe his mom could be a minion rather than a main villain like the Smee twins. Carlos, the first person to come to mind is Clayton.

We're talking villains here, so would you really be shocked if any of them had kids with more than one woman? My guess is that Ursula wasn't the only person Dr. Facilier slept with, so I'm thinking Celia and Uma don't have the same mom

My sister and I have a hypothesis that Uma's father is Hades which would make her Mal's half sister. The 3rd movie gives a lot of hints to that possibility. One of them being when Hades tells Mal that she is only half of him so the ember won't do everything for her that it would for him. Another is when he tells her that if it gets wet it is game over yet somehow Mal and Uma's magic together reignites the ember which shouldn't be possible unless the two are both half Hades and their powers combined make a whole.

As logical as that sounds, it is highly unlikely that Disney made Hades be Uma’s dad as well. One, because it would be unnecessary, and two, because I remember a lot of people said that King Triton and Ursula were actually siblings. Problem with this is that Triton is the son of Poseidon, who is Hades Brother. If Hades is Uma’s dad, that means he banged his niece. Which in greek culture is actually not very surprising but in Disney culture that would be too much

They could have been brought back from the brink of death, after all falling from the heights Gaston, and the Evil Queen did they could have survived while with Maleficent and Ursula they could have moved enough for the items they were stabbed with to miss their heart

Uma's mum is so relatable when she said "those dishes aren't gonna clean themselves " . That's what my parents say. Well he father is Dr facilia and he is from New Orleans.

Everyone thinks that Jafar kidnaped Jay from Aladdin and Jasmine as a baby because he is a thief like Aladdin. But what people apparently forget and don't understand is that Jafar use to be a thief as well before he became the sultan's adviser. In the movie, he tells Aladdin he use to be just like him once. That's why he wanted Aladdin to steel the lamp for him.

My 5 year old daughter loves these movies. So I wanted to learn a little lore on the whole thing since I like Disney as well. My favorite theory is that the “Queen of hearts” is that one girls mother. Sure she wear a little top hat sometimes, BUT, if I recall correctly, she wears it off to the side and it really reminded me of The Mad Hatter. Who is known to have worked for the queen at certain points against his will. But I had no clue who the parents were and I thought the Hatter was one of her parents. So this makes a bit of sense to me.

Um, King Candy is a video game character. I'm pretty sure we won't be seeing any Wreck It Ralph characters in Decendants.

Uma's Father is actually Captain Davey Jones of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. That would account for her pirate tendencies.

Just a thought, but depending on how fast and loose you play, but CJ's mom could also be an alternate Emma Swan.

Problem with King Candy being Carlos' father...he's programmed in a computer and most likely died in the movie. How does a programmed pixelated character get together with a human Queen?

It is highly unlikely. One, because the whole point of descendants was that it was based in Disney Classic Fairy tail movies , and also because king Candy is programmed into a video game, it isn’t possible for him to be Carlos’s Father. I think Carlos’s Dad could be one of Cruella’s lackeys , the ones who helped her kidnap the puppies, or maybe just some guy from the isle. I think with many of these Kids , Disney never actually put a background on the pair of parents and they only focused on one. That’s why we don’t get a lot of answers

The actor who plays Mal said there might not be a decedents 4 because of Cameron Boyce passing and they said it might be to hard on everybody to continue without him.

​@@pogchamp_beeboy4131 Actually, I did watch the stupid movie, and I hated it, they really overpowered Mal, and made the other VKS useless, like the twins, or Carols and Jay. Also, as you can see I don't like that they made Hades mal's father it makes more sense if he was Evie or Uma. Also, the movie was not even funny, and they were too many songs and no story.

DavyJones is Uma's father because uma is half octopus-humanoid. and so is DavyJones besisdes. she is a pirate like her Dad DavyJones. it makes more sense.

Possibly, but it wouldn't make sense. After all Davy Jones was a ghost man only kept alive due to his heart in the chest on The Flying Dutchman, but good theory

Considering they were stuck on an island with other villains, the books established sherwood forrest was a place in Auradon inhabited by humans, and the Evil queen alway told Evie to go after a prince, I suspected Prince John or Prince Hans was Evie's father.

Evie’s father would probably be hades, yes I know that he’s mal’s father but my conspiracy theory is that: hades got with maleficent and she fell pregnant and the parents kept fighting so he left her, then the evil queen got with hades and she fell pregnant and Evie and mal were born and that’s why Evie has blue hair. I’ve seen that a lot of people say that the evil queen’s hair is blue but she never shows her hair so we don’t know her actual hair colour so we can see that she gets her blue hair from hades. The reason I think this is because mal and Evie have an incredible bond like they are sisters- because they are!, well only half sisters but it still makes sense. this the reason why I think mal and Evie have the same father!

Hades is not mal's father. Mal's father is human. Evie's father is hades. This is one of the reasons why I hate the 3rd movie.

I’m pretty sure at the end of number 3 when all the vks come across the bridge they have a queen of hearts symbol on one of the staffs which would mean that she is real

I personally headcanon that Hades is Evie’s father, but that’s mainly because that would mean Evie and Mal are sisters. Logically, Gaston being Evie’s father makes sense, because Evil Queen and Gaston are both very vain and care about their appearances. I can see it happening. I had headcanonned that Hades was Mal’s father way before Descendants 3. It just made sense to me, the Mistress of All Evil and the God of the Underworld.

Its really not surprising Jane's dad is Jack. I always knew jack was human just because of the way he was so king to Cindy/(Cinderella). Not to also mention the Fairy God Mother must have had a relationship with jack while he was a human. My honest theory is he's not in janes life completely bc the fact hes currently a mouse.

If this is true, it's very likely that Gaston did have other kids besides the ones with the Bimbettes, one of who is likely Gil's mother
