These are the best metallic pencils out there -- the others gold and silver from other high-end manufacturers just don't hold a candle to these -- I just wish Derwent would box up the next 8 colors added to 12 -- I have that12 set -- but want the next 8-- just not willing to buy the whole set for 8 more pencils. I'll bet there are others out there like me -- how about it Derwent?!! .

Hi Lasarith2, we have had metallic pencils for 20 years, but we have re-formulated them to celebrate the 20th Anniversary and make them even more metallic and shimmering. Best, Derwent
