What a performance, respect to Nascimento for hanging in there, he took some serious bombs, most people would have been done long before him. That arching right elbow in the 2nd was nasty.

Yeah he always had talent in escaping from bad positions like when he sweeped nascimento from bottom of the mount, escaping the rnc and also just standing up from side control. The judo trip takedown not sure what it's name is exactly in the first round was pretty smooth ngl

Derrick has always been one of my favorite personalities. He’s spontaneous, quick to insult a reporter and don’t care what anyone thinks of him. Love seeing an Enterprise like the UFC allow fighters to be themselves no matter what they say. Hope it never changes

Derrick is the only guy to want to be demoted to co-main after getting a big win, lol.

As much as I dislike Jon Jones he is the Batman and Tony Starks of MMA. Give him proper preparation for an opponent and he will dismantle them in every way possible finding weaknesses and holes in their techniques that would be otherwise unnoticed by the MMA community. He has a good team and it's clear that the UFC will go out of its way to make sure their golden poster child never loses in the octagon. That includes bribing judges and referees.😅😂 With all those odds it should be clear to everyone why Jones has always won his battles even when he lost the fight. (Biased for Jones) He is one of the best fighters but he is very much human but when you have an entire organization backing you and have investments and interest in your success then no one will beat you. I don't care what salty people have to say what I just said is 1000% facts and truth! 😂😂😂

@@JonathanGonzalez-jz4td probably won't happen. Jones is the king of calling of fights for various reasons. I believe he does that on purpose because he is afraid his preparations aren't up to par for his opponent. In a nutshell he is by far the most cowardly fighter I have ever seen.

I hope he gets paid over a 3 million per fight. Boxers get soo much more money for alot less entertainment
