At a glance, the small bumps associated with KP (keratosis pilaris) look like tiny pimples or ‘"chicken skin" but luckily you can definitely manage it at home, and these are some of my favorite ways how.

This was great, thank you for such a thorough video! This is a new issue for me, and while it’s not severe, I do want to combat it. I’m using the KP shower scrub by First Aid Beauty and just ordered the 10% lotion to use in conjunction with it. Glad to see you recommend their products. If I decide I need something stronger it’s good to know I can go to the 15% strength lactic acid with the Amlactin product.

I've been struggling with acen and bumps on my shoulders for maybe over 8 years until I started using the Cerave SA lotion. It's an awesome product!

Hi Dr. Liu, I know Altreno is supposed to be less irritating than regular tretenoin but is it more or less drying than the tretenoin cream? What have your patients experience been like?

Dr. Liu, I seem to have this concern under my eyes. The bumps I have look very similar to chicken skin which leads me to think it’s also keratosis Pilaris. Would these products be safe to use under the eye area? Would they even work in that area?
