Use setting powder, leave it on 15’ and sweep, then use hairspay if the tattoo is not on your face.

The real product is fantastic! Unfortunately, there are fakes that float around on eBay, which this video sadly proved :( The real one is astonishingly high-coverage and honestly the best high-coverage foundation you could buy. You can get them on Amazon.com if you're afraid of getting a fake from eBay; a good way of telling: if it's coming from China, it's fake!

You don't need to wait until a laser removal returns a subpar result.
