Derivative of Inverse Function 4K

I review the fundamental of Inverse Functions and then work through 3 examples of finding the slope of an inverse function at a given point.
Graphical relationship between a function and inverse: 2:28
Defining a one to one function: 6:09
Restricting the domain of a function: 13:50
Comparing the slope of a function and it's inverse at given points: 19:50
Steps to find the slope of an inverse function at a point and formula: 26:18
Example 1: 28:30
Example 2: 30:36
Example 3 Information given in a table: 34:45

Good day ProfRobBob, You explained The Inverse Function Theorem in a more accessible/practical way than all that theoretical/abstract mumbo jumbo talk in textbooks, by using simple and clear examples... one small remark at approx. 11:00, I think you meant y'>0 instead of y'

I have a full time job teaching PreCalc Honors, AP Calc AB, AP Calc BC, and HL Analysis and Approaches in my school’s International Baccalaureate program. I make these videos because I love teaching math, but I don’t have enough time to answer math questions on KZread. My wife and I do our best to answer as many comments!
