Stiles and Derek are together but Derek decides to leave Beacon Hills for 6 months so the alpha pack don't learn of Stiles and try to hurt Derek by hurting Stiles.
Klaus compels Stiles to forget everything about Derek. This plan is known by everyone (sheriff, scott, lydia, etc) but Stiles.
Stiles starts having flashbacks of Derek and thinks he is going crazy for imaging a man he has never seen.
In those six months Derek is miserable for staying away from Stiles and takes a job as a bartender in a New York bar.

This is not real happened, isnt it?
All these Derek and Stiles going around in the KZread are all fabricated. Nothing such are in the episodes. I have finished 4th season, but none. And Derek is not in the 5th season. It's all just a fantasy of some people. SADLY!
