@@rosebarwick6150 Get back in the kitchen. You have no business even talking about boxing. You are clueless as to how it all works behind the scenes and the promotion that is involved. Many of the fighters will have private conversations and will trash talk each other in public to build the fight. Fury and wilder for example spoke about this that they would build the fight over a number of years. Fury has also got involved with the WWE. Its a pantomime and a show for entertainment to get as many people as possible to tune in and pay to watch. John Fury did a fantastic job. Mike Tyson used to do it and bit an opponents leg at a press conference, this is what people want to see, just like people paid to see the freak show, its human nature. Mohamad Ali used to do it and many others. You know nothing about fighting or promotion or entertainment. And Of course you pick on people. Half the battle is a mental and psychological battle to get in the head of the opponent and to intimidate and unsettle.

Every event needs a del boy speech.
