Buddy Emmons what a legend 👏.MY Dad and Buddy were friends 💙. I have pictures of them toghter the international steel guitar 🎸convention. Scotty s Music Dwight 🎶 North County Missouri. They put on the conventions. Have pictures of the band so many good memories. I came across a picture of 2 men at the convention with there international steel convention shirts Dad didn't have there names on. To be at the international steel convention was something to to see beautiful memories need to post some of the picture's have before. Miss my Dad dearly happy for the memories RIP to all have passed

Thanks so much for posting this great material. My opportunity to see Buddy was limited and this fills the gap nicely. Boogie was an excellent guitarist and yet played steel with a flatpick. Great stuff.

Carl Boyd was my grandfather! He also made Derby Steel guitars! This video gave me chills! Haven’t heard that voice in almost 20 years.
