They don’t because it’s a small city with a very low population and not that many civs and there isn’t that much action there and the cops would get bored because of that

hey polecat you should start to double clutch you can only do it in rwd cars at least i think so you do it by when you get into high rpms in second gear take your finger off the gas and tap the handbrake and then smash down the gas and it will help you drift and give you a speed boost when you do it
