Depression is your subconscious telling your conscious its time for a change. Now the question is what type of change. Well i can only speak from my personal experience. I started to become much more isolated but still approachable. I focused on my peace of mind and guarded it with my life. I wrote more and developed ways for other men, particularly black to analyze themselves.

Sometimes its time to take a little break or even a vacation bro. Maybe take a break and a flight to somewhere nice and peaceful to reflect. Thats what I do sometimes. I go to the Lake District on the weekend and just take a few books with me as I love nature and it can be a healing thing. Driving up from London can take a while though but sometimes being around so many people doesnt give you time to even think and can be extremely stressful. I have had battles with depression for a lot of my life and I can relate to the loneliness and trauma earlier on in life.

Take it easy hun, it's been a couple of weeks since I have Checked in, and was wondering what was gwaning. Yes we live in a wicked world but the truth will always prevail. As you always say water will always seek its own level, remember this and believe in this my bro. Always remember light always overcomes darkness. Stay strong! x

Depression is just the devil trying to mess up what God has in store for you. Getting you to block your blessings. The spiritual warfare gets on a soul crushing level when your on the right path.

I learned years ago to rely on myself saw the crap in people years ago! There can be external factors that contribute to a depressive mind set but ultimately its all in how you control your mind. Life no matter what always has its ups and downs even when things are up certain simple things can make you feel down - The reason is because you could be on such a high of life that any kind of slump feels worse than it is. Self doubt is the biggest cause of depression. I get mad at the feelings I feel if I start getting down and have to remind myself to fix up as no one cares and mentally only I can climb out of such a state!!

Bro this is the type of vid i need from time to time. My depression ebbs and flows and its such a common thing for us in todays world. I think also how we perceive the world and the information we have causes our brains to overload in some ways, in others its because were living in a ill society and depression is a symptom. Me personally im cutting down on social media and trying to rebalance my life, Theres things out of wack i have to rectify. Theres many days where I feel depressed but I still turn up at work and do my job, I work in education so I cant really show that Im down otherwise I will let down the students who need my help. But yeah, depression and anxiety are a daily battle for me. A few coffees are what get me through the day when I dont have the energy or motivation.

Keep turning up bro, it gets better, not sure what you are going through, but look at you, you are a top man.
