Hey brother it's ok to not be okay Allah loves you and he is testing you And be hopeful because a believer can not be hopeless It will take time to heal but oneday inshaAllah everything will be okay Share your problems with someone who is understanding and mature it's very helpful And make good and strong connection with Allah I faced lots of problems in my life and now I am going through burnout (physically emotionally and mentally exhausted) but I believe one day everything will be okay inshaAllah Again it's ok to not be okay inshaAllah everything will be fine and after that you will find yourself a strong person.

I have gone through depression for a significant period of my life.Islam is the only way out. I repeat only way out. May Allah reward Dr Sahab.

Without any exaggeration or biasness,I was totally plunged into the river of sorrows,glums, loose tempering etc. I remember that day like it was yesterday,my mother came to me she was patting on my back and said,my son you have to make yourself as an obedient to Allah, must be like a true Muslim by heart and soul. I started offering a prayers regularly,you all will amuse to know from that time till now I am offering a prayers and having no physical, phycological, medical issues,it seems like nothing was happened with me. I should say thanks to my Allah,Dr Israr Ahmed,my mother some of my friends and KZread who was like my humble well wisher and a great supporter. Thanks to all even who did little for me.

Dua for Depression & Anxiety 🤲 Prophet Yunus a.s. placed his hope and reliance upon Allah s.w.t. and recited the following invocations: لاَّ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz zalimin “There is no god but You, exalted are You! Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.” (Surah Al Anbiya, 21:87) May Allah Swt Make easy for all of us and grant all of us straight path 🤲

Dr Israr sahab has done a great service to Islam, Ummah and to everyone who wish to learn and develop. May ALLAH PAK grant him Jannat ul Firdous. AMEEN. Please remember him in your prayers InshaAllah.

You can do ruqyah, recite Surah Baqarah and between every ayat, make a specific dua for shifa on any type of affliction you are going through. Repeat this dua between every ayat, continue doing so until you have finished your session or too tired to continue on. Repeat daily or regularly until Allah gives you shifa. If Surah Baqarah is difficult try the Kuls including surah Fatiha and make dua between each surah.
