I absolutely loved the whole convo about long distance relationships/female friendships/independence. It took me a while to realize, but I am not a 24/7 person either. And it has nothing to do with how much I love you. I just need that space and quiet to recharge my personal battery. Obviously everyone has different reasons, but for me, I just take on too much of everyone’s emotions around me. Happy, sad, mad, etc….it takes a lot out of you. I want to give my friends and family my all, and I can’t do that if I’m a ball of anxiety and stress. The people who get it, get it. And won’t judge you for it. Making friends as an adult is harder, but I feel like it’s been a lot more fulfilling. There’s so much more I could talk about lol but this isnt ACTUALLY a chat and I’m just blabbing into the internet void, sooo… I’ll go now lol Happy holidays! ❤️💚

I agree completely with the having friends but not having them at the same time back when I got out of highschool and college.
