this will not for the chat app because it uses websockets. you would need a standalone server for this (like ec2 on aws)

any tips on how to deploy to a custom vps...? Any tips will be much appreciated. Vercel, Netlify etc are the easier way of deploying... could you please add custom server deplorations to the tutorials... it would teach us a lot the fundamentals on about how to go about them

This is very good. I seem to be having a bit of an issue tho, my react subpages (deployed using same steps on vercel and same project) keep on showing 404 error on reloading, subpage link sharing doesn't work either. However, main page reloads fine. Any solutions to this?
