@@quentinstachowiak1198 1st… GREAT LAST NAME! i’ve been trying to pronounce it. i know i’m doing it wrong. 2nd… yep! STRAIGHT UP GARBAGE! of all the tracks they could be playing they’re choosing to play too many that are head scratchers! fly on the windscreen, Behind the wheel, strangelove, black celebration, nothing, people are people, a question of time, halo, higher love, But not tonight, Master and servant, Leave in silence. they should replace about half the setlist with ones from this short list of hits! seriously… who wants to hear “wrong” “john the revelator” and 5 songs from their new lp (that we’ve already thrown away)??!! the grabbing hands are grabbing everything they can on this tour! (see what i did there?).

@@quentinstachowiak1198 well… the truly best thing about the tour (to me) is the stage/lighting. Anton really killed it! I’m a minimalist And I love typography so it hit me hard! I don’t like the over use of drums and guitar so most of the performance is just them trying to be a ‘Christian rock band’. All the older tunes are wonderful BUT they’re played to BLAH. (Go back to the DEVOTIONAL era when they when an electronic band. That’s when they were innovative. It’s amazing just how much is prerecorded on this tour. My fave tune would have to be “everything counts” BUT it’s the same exact version they played on a previous tour. Actually all the older tunes they’re playing are the exact same from previous tours. (I am ranting). I’ve seen a couple US shows from the first leg. The US audiences do not cheer when they play the boring stuff! Hoping they change up a lot of stuff when they come back. Now… your turn… what are you loving? What impressed you the most? Have you loved every minute? What were the skies like when you were young? (The Orb/rikki lee jones reference)
