Gracie Ambrósio same dude, for real same. I stopped watching the other late night boys cuz I just lost interest, but I’ll never be tired of Coco, the true king of late night.
I've always loved Deon for his humility. And years from now, people are going to talk about Conan being a legend, like Carson and Letterman.

I remember Deon from wayyy back as a young comic, he had the most genius bit where he would walk on stage with a notebook, if a joke killed he would circle it in his book and get an extra laugh, if a joke bombed he would cross it out and get a laugh that way. Completely a win/win scenario

Conan is the new Carson. This guy just flat out gets it and enjoys the people he is with. Favorite host of all time. Still love that I got to shake his hand waiting in line for late night when I was a kid. I watch this show every single night. I do not see any person on tv with the absolute joy that this man has. I thank you Conan for so much laughter and being such a positive person. I loved seeing this man perform on his tour. Truly a legend
Damn, Deone seems so much more relaxed in front of camera than the time they went to get soul food. Happy for him.
That shits beautiful I’ve always loved Conan I remember his fist shows back in the early 90’s I watched for years back in San Diego and thought this dude is different and I like it 20+ laters he still in the game. Much love big red
Really touching tributes all around. Deon Cole is great, and Conan has always struck me as totally authentic. Well deserved success for all involved.
it seemed genuinely coming from Deon's heart.. Good guy Conan.
Melted my heart! Deon is so great for giving Conan that recognition. Conan is amazing! Any title less than that is undeserving.
Deon was very nice to let the world know Conan is a hell of guy. Much respect to Conan and his crew; lifetime viewer here.

Love the love in the room. And Deon sketches on the show are hilarious. That sliding desk bit cracks me up every time. XD
Conan is such a humble man. Mad respect.
I love that Conan and Andy also just hit it off from this first lunch they had together! They are my favourite comedy duo. Their chemistry is so good 🖤
Conan had my heart after he went to Haiti after the president insulted the culture. So he went with his crew to ask them directly how they felt. Coco seems so real!

Deon is 50 Cent and Conan is Eminem. P.s You really can't help but respect Conan after hearing that. He's a genuine person who cares about his subordinates and puts talent above anything else.
"the jackie robinson of conan o'brien" 😂😂😂
Says a lot that conans staff think so damn highly of him
I want to work for conan. He uses his power with great responsibility.
I still love their Soul Food segment to this day. I've been watching Conan for decades and love him to death.
Deon is so sweeet! ❤️❤️❤️
CoCo's KZread Channel is about to hit 5 Billion views!!! _He needs another 49 million as of 10/5/2018_ ~ Been with you since the 1930's Conan! (Good ole Vaudeville Days!) ;) _Will miss Jimmy & The Band big-time._ :( Best to All! _Keep Rocking that Humor Conan!_ *James* P.S. Not a FULL Conan without Andy and The Basic Cable Band

Awesome. Conan really cares about his employees and that's cool to see. Will be bummed one day when he stops.
This warned my heart. Conan and Deon need their own podcast!
Can't help but love everyone in the Conan team even more. My husband and I keep saying "I'd love to work with or for Conan." He seems like the coolest boss ever who'd mentor you because he wants to help people grow and not to simply use them to boost his ego or anything of that sort. Deon is so lovable as well 'coz he's so real and funny, like Andy. Love them and love this show!
Conan is a genius for seeing what he saw on Deon. Deon is hilarious and talented
What a wholesome interview.
Nice touching moment to mark Conan's final desk interview.
RESPECT to Deon for recognizing THE TRUE MAESTRO!
Met Deon Cole in d.c like 10 years ago funny dude glad he finally got recognised
Coincidence! I was just looking up some of his work yesterday, love Deon Cole!
With all the research I've done on Conan, his staff and the behind the scenes people, I have yet to come across somebody who did not enjoy working for his company.
Yes! Yes and again yes to Conan and Deon Cole! Extraordinary people indeed! I live to far from you to go and see your shows but really my heart is with you guys!

I miss Deon! So true what Deon said about Conan. NBC, Jay Leno and everyone else had it in for him, but he kept working and 20+ years later he's an ICON! Plus he's got a great team e.g. Andy, The Band, Writers and Production Staff!
Sincere love and respect, beautiful 🥲
