Raiders ended the season with a great win, zero penalties, 5 defensive sacks. Rushing was solid, passing was good 2 TDs no picks. Antonio Pierce deserves a shot next season.

I'm all for Antonio Pierce returning to the Silver & Black. Not Jim Harbaugh or anyone else for that matter. AP has really bonded with his players. His teammates love him and it shows. The locker room atmosphere has greatly improved under his watch. He has connected tremendously with not just the Raiders, but also with the fans of this legendary organization. He has resurrected the faith of this franchise that Josh McDaniels single-handedly ruined. Antonio Pierce will truly take us to the promised land, in my opinion. He is a Raider. And he needs to remain one. Words cannot describe the amount of respect I have for him.

While watching the Chiefs here today, my memory drifts back in time to recall one-time KC cornerback M.L. Carter, who I knew in high school and college as a solid sprinter named "Milton Carter". Although he was a surly guy when we were teammates both on high school and collegiate track teams in the 70's, when I last saw him in Seaside, CA in 1985, he pleasantly surprised me as having matured into a very friendly and engaging man. If anyone who knows Milt today sees this, I hope they let him know that an old teammate and fellow student commented favorably of him today and said so on KZread. I hope that the injured knee that ended Carter's NFL career doesn't plague him now as much as the back injuries that ended my powerlifting days do me.

If you ask me, the only guy that I hate from the bottom of my heart is awakenbeerus, yes, the guy who rigs matches for money; he ruined everything. Even this event, two weeks before it happened, he revealed the winners. Am I stupid or what?

O'Connell was a very good find that far down in the draft. In fact Zeigler's choices have been better than Msyock's, with only Tyree Wilson still a question mark.

Not a raiders fan, but I can see a bright future with O’Connell, definitely need to keep him and train him more.
