Relive the biggest comeback in Broncos history. Also the biggest comeback on monday night football and the biggest comeback by a road team. Down 24-0 at half, the Broncos scored 35 unanswered points behind Peyton Manning's 3 touchdowns, Tony Carter's fumble recovery for a touchdown, and a Chris Harris pick six. The Broncos were tested early by Phillip Rivers, Antonio Gates, and a Quentin Jammer pick six in the first half, but they responded tremendously and played hard and never gave up and were able to come away with the dub.

People don't understand just how much pressure was on Peyton in this moment. The Broncos entered this game 2-3, and Peyton hadn't been particularly playing well. The national media was saying that he was done and never going to be his old self again. You go on the road to a division rival in primetime, still trying to figure out a new offense with a new team, down 24 points to start the second half and pull it off. Truly one of the best comebacks of all times. Definitely top 5 worthy.
The game that destroyed a franchise to the point where they had to evacuate the city

At least we have a good quality QB now in Case Keenum, but no one will ever be able to play as good as Peyton did consistantly. Ray Lewis once said that whenever he played against Peyton, it was a chess match. Peyton is the smartest QB to ever play.
@lelouchvibritannia4028

Roblox Ninja It wasn't all his fault. Mike Mccoy's offense was too complicated, the o line wouldn't block, and Trevor Siemian played horribly.

Last year was just a mess. Had the same team as two years ago and finished much worse. Hopefully this year will be a change. As far as Keenum, he'll be much better than what we had at the position the last two years and while VJ could mess him up, I feel like Billy Musgrave will help him a lot
@lelouchvibritannia4028

MileHighlights Case Keenum threw for 22 TD's and 7 INT's in 2017 with an o line that was worse than the Broncos. I am not so sure what is going to happen for the RB and slot corner positions now that we no longer have CJ Anderson and lost Aqib Talib, who helped us with quite possibly the greatest CB duo/trio ever, but other than that, we have a very talented team. I am most worried about coaching and management since every person from John Elway to Vance Joseph screwed up in 2017.
I was at this game on the chargers side at the 40. People were talking non stop shit to me during the first half, but quickly became humble during the second half.

There is one thing that is true about an NFL game: The game is never over until the clock reads triple zero
This was the turning point of their season. They were 2 - 3 coming into this game, and down 24 - 0 at halftime. They came out after halftime and won the game. They didn't lose another regular season game the rest of the year.

I’ll never forget this game because I was on a flight to Houston when this game started. Paid the ridiculous fee to watch tv on the flight, only to watch my Broncos get embarrassed for the whole flight. Got to Houston, finally made it to my hotel and turn on the tv just for the “well let’s see how bad it got” recap, only to see Manning giving a post game interview of their “great team win”. I stood in shock for about an hour, and stayed up waaay too late watching the recap and not believing it happened.
As a Baltimore Raven fan, Broncos now have Joe FLACCO*.. I will actually miss him. He still has a lot of postseason/playoffs in him!.. He did take us to the Super Bowl &the MVP @ that in 2012!
Wasn't this the game Eric Decker tripped over the blade of glass on his way to a TD? I think the very next play was the pick-six by Quentin Jammer. What a crazy game! I almost went to bed at halftime, but I stayed awake and finished the game because that's the type of fan I am. I'm so glad I did.

Titans fan here. Peyton played college ball here in Tennessee. He was the man. Led us to a national championship. We begged for him to retire with us in TN lmao. Miss watching these Broncos.
The sheriff has outfoxed the best defenses in the NFL... Including Ray Lewis and ed reed... Simply the best
And the Broncos didn't lose another regular season game after this game during that season. I remember the first few games with Manning being a bit rocky as the team learned to gel with Manning's play and tempo. But then, the rest of that season was something to watch.
Man I almost cried when he came back and won this game....I thought it was over by half time
The game was at the Chargers, yet the crowd noise was equal for both teams. We're not just off the cabbage truck, producer of this replay!
These Charger teams were opponents " I told you so" teams. They would absolutely capitalize on text book mistakes you'd make vs them but somehow teams would make unreal comebacks vs them that they could never duplicate vs other teams down the road..

During the first half, there was a play where Peyton got the ball to DT in the open field & he trips on nothing with the nearest Charger like 15 yards from him - instead of a TD, it was simply a good gain.
