I prefer not to repair this node, but to change it with a new one. The friction clutch is worn out and the bur will fall out

If you are just trying to remove the turbine from your handpiece you will need an end cap wrench to remove the cap and to get access to the turbine. We carry several end cap wrenches. Give us a call on Monday and ask to speak with one of our handpiece experts. 1-800-331-7993.
