قم بميلان البير بزاوية حتى ينزع قليل من الأنسجة ثم قم بوضعه بزاوية قائمة

You are welcome. When I work with an assistant we switch places so I sit on the left where I can work and the assistant sits on the right side. It’s a challenge but you get use to it with time.
كلام جميل وانا دايما بحاول اطبقه بس الازمه اني جامعتي مفيهاش unites left handed ف العيادات ف مسكه الكونترا لما بمسكها عكس وضعها بتقاوم حركتي وتعملي ألم شديد , هل ف حل في الموضوع ده

صح كلامك.. حتى عياداتنا نفس الشيء. وكنت أعاني والحل كنت أحط السلك تبع الكونترا فوق البيشنت أو اليونيت مش تحته.. كده يعطي مجال أكثر للحركة.. جربيها ممكن بإذن الله تفيدك 🌹
